With markers and watercolours I focus on capturing what makes your guests unique - capturing their likeness, their outfits and even their tattoos and jewellery!

*Based on illustrating 6-8 guests per hour. The number of guests illustrated on the day will vary according to various factors such as the complexity of outfits and some illustrations may need to be completed after the wedding.
Each package can be tailored to suit your requirements for your special day. The diamond package can be adapted to allow for more than 60 guests to be illustrated. Contact me for a tailored quote.

how it works

On the day I will arrive at the venue to set up half an hour early. I will need a table and somewhere with good lighting.

Guests are then able to approach me to request a portrait. I take a quick photograph of them to work from so nobody has to stand like a statue as I draw them and can enjoy the day.

I will either get a photo of you for your illustration or you can send one over afterwards, allowing you to pick your favourite shot from your photographer.

I display all the finished illustrations for everyone to see and guests can take their’s home at the end of the night in a compostable protective sleeve.

50 miles travel included from South London - after that there is a charge of 50p/mile.

BOOKING

Please fill in the contact form to enquire about availability of a date or send me an email. I’ll check whether the date is available and if the location works for me and get back to you. I aim to respond within 48hrs, but please bear with me if I take longer.

A £150 non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your wedding.

An A4 full-length Newlywed's portrait is included in the Emerald and Diamond packages. This can also include your children and pets, you'll just need to provide all the reference photos I need after the wedding.

Included in the Diamond package is also an A5 Special Moment illustration of your choice. This can be something special from your day, such as your cake, jewellery or your flowers.

FAQs

Where can I cover?

I am based in London, but happy to travel a few hours from there. For any bookings that fall over 1.5 hours away from my location, only the Emerald or Diamond package is available. I often visit family in the north of England so please enquire if your wedding is further afield as I may be able to make it work. I am also available for destination weddings.

What materials do I provide?

I personalise watercolour, high-quality paper with your names and wedding date on. If you already have a monogram for your wedding I can add that on too. I supply compostable protective sleeves to put the illustrations in to take home.

What if some guests don’t get an illustration who want one?

I can take photos of the guests at the event and complete them at home and send them on to the newlyweds. For larger packages I will agree beforehand how many to complete at home. Additional illustrations can be purchased after the wedding for £8.50 per person if anyone missed out.

How many guests per illustration?

I work on the basis of 2 guests per illustration, but can also illustrate guests by themselves or in groups of three. This allows as many people as possible to take home a physical illustration. For families, I can add extra children/babies if needed.

What is a 'Special Moments' illustration?

Included in the Diamond package this is an illustration from your day of something you choose. It could be a bouquet, or a cake illustration or decor or part of the venue. This can also be added on to the other packages for an additional cost.
